Discipleship Learning To Follow

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: John 10:27

We are mode in the image and likeness of God, He has given us ears to hear that we may know his voice and follow. We learn to hear our parents voice as a young child we learn to tune in to the voice of our mother, the voice of our Father. God wants us to tune into the voice of Jesus that we may learn to hear Fathers voice. God wants to speak to us, that is why He sent the Holy Spirit that He may reveal to us all Truth. He wants to reveal Jesus Christ, that we may come to know the Father. That we may recognize the Fathers voice and follow him. He who loves the Son has the love of the Father in his heart. Jesus kinda said to the people that would not listen, it is because you do not have the love of the Father in your heart, so my Word has found no place to abide in your heart. Loving the Father, receiving the Word is the way to abide in the Truth, gives us the ability to receive Fathers Love. Ye shall know them by their Love…

Fear of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom. We learn to recognize those things in our life that displease the Father. Our hearts desire is to please our Heavenly Father, to do that which is right. If we do what is right and walk in the truth, it will help keep us out of trouble. Other will not have anything to say against us, we will find that we are less offensive to our brothers when we walk in love, when we walk in the Truth. Learn to live a life that is pleasing to God, live a balanced life, doing the right thing.

Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. And this will we do, if God permit. For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame. Heb. 6:1-6

Receive the Grace of God, allow grace and truth to work in your life. Grace empowers us and the Truth transforms our lives. Grace empowers us to live for God to walk in the truth, to be truth keepers. If we continue in the truth, if we continue in his Word, then are we Christ Disciples. The Truth will set you free, bring you into a healthy prosperous life style where the Truth of God’s Word can work in your life, change and transform you from the inside out. Make you a new person in Christ, behold all things become new, we find ourselves beginning to live a new life with Christ as we walk in the truth. As we begin to keep his Word in our hearts we find ourselves living for God, staying in peace with one another. We learn to live right stay away from excess, live a balance life that is in agreement to the word and life of God, keepers of the truth.

Jesus spoke to Peter, Follow me… don’t worry about what others are doing, how they are living their lives. Jesus said to Peter, Follow me. His command and desire for Peter was that he should live for God and follow his Word, I will instruct you by my Spirit, follow me. He said, if you love me Feed my Sheep.

Oh God

Enter his gates with thanks giving, enter his courts with Praise.

The more we are thankful to God the more we have access to his presence

and abide in his wonderful grace that is able to sustain me, give me strength Lord to endure.

We are victorious through Christ that strengthens me.

Enjoy life, live life to the fullest, achieve your goals in life,

as we continue to be partakers of his life and share the love of God with others.

Work in the kingdom principals, as we sow, we reap, as we do to others, it shall be done unto us.

Receive the New Life, Ability to Succeed, Be Strong

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: Matthew 7:7

God wants us to know that He is a good God, a loving Father that wants to give us good things. God is our provider, he wants us to be dependent upon him. A Father does not expect his children to provide and feed themselves, the Father is the provider in the Family. The protector and strength of the family unit. God wants us, his children to cleave to him to be drawn to him that we may love him because we have learned and experienced his love and care for us.

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. 1 John 5:14

God hears our prayers, he knows the desires of our hearts and wants to give us good things. It is his will that we prosper and be in good health. What Father does not want to see his children grow strong and health, to see them prosper and succeed in life. God our Father is our example and wants us to have confidence in the skills and abilities that he has prepared in us. God has plans for good for our lives, He gives us power, the ability to gain wealth. He gives us the gifting and abilities to succeed, God want to teach us to be providers as He in turn is our provider. He wants us to be strong and very courageous. We need to have confidence in the abilities God has placed in us.

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: Phil 1:6

It’s Christ is me my hope of glory, my success is based on the strength and ability God has worked in me. Our Father not only teaches us but imparts that ability, he puts himself in us that we can be like him. Paul said it is no longer I that lives but Christ in me. I received the Spirit of God, the inheritance the nature and life of God. When I believed and ask the Lord to come into my heart and take over my life, the Spirit of the Holy Spirit came upon me and birthed Christ in me the new life that I live is by the living faith of Jesus Christ that lives and abides in me.

God has come down to redeem man and restore him in right relationship with God. God does not want us separated from him, but wants us to walk in fellowship with him. He wants to communicate and spend time with us, he wants us to learn of him, received from him. It says that as many that have received him, gave he them power to become sons of God. We have the built in ability to life like God, we have his DNA, his nature, his Spirit living in us.

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: John 1:12

It’s his life and power that came into my life and transformed my life that I may know him, that I may experience his love and life for myself. We are joined together with Christ to have a new and living relationship with the Father that was not available by any other way then through Jesus Christ that gave his life that we may live.

It’s so good to be a part of the family of God.

Yes I support Chick-Fil-A statement by Cathy on the biblical definition of the family unit.
God set the proper order in relationships, Marriage, just like he set in order the laws of nature like the law of gravity.
These were created to keep this world and those in it in proper balance with Godly Order, he has clearly defined the boundaries both in nature and in the Bible.
When you get out of order "rebel - self imposed freedom" with God and out of order with nature your setting yourself up for trouble.
Some are so blind to say that we can do things are we please and call it "freedom of speech/freedom of choice", they rebel against Creation the natural laws of Nature and biblical truths.
Jesus came to save sinner and turn a people that walk in darkness to the light. It's the love of God and the desire for good that leads us to freedom and life. It's not about hate, its about walking in love, walking in the light and the love of God will help others escape a life of sin. It's God's grace and love that has set me free, that I might know him, Jesus the true living God that loves me and you and paid the price for sin, so that we can be free to live for God.
