Looking for the Genuine Love of God

We need to have one thing in common, before we can have all things in common.

This World is Looking for the Genuine Love of God

And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.  And all that believed were together, and had all things common; And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.  And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,  Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.  Acts 2:42-47

 

We Jesus saved us He separated us from sin, broke the power of darkness over our lives, and translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son. We are now living in the Kingdom of God, walking in the light and having fellowship with one another. And this fellowship is from God, and enables us to love one another.

First to love and care about God more than anything in this world, more that we love our own lives. He becomes first, He become all, and is everything in your life. Nothing can compare to the love and beauty of our Lord Jesus Christ and His gift of salvation for our lives.

Next we learn about the importance of fellowship with one another. We learned that the greatest commandment is the Love the Lord your God. Next we learn to love your neighbor as yourself. We need to put others first, if we care and help others. Then we know that God will take care of the things that we have need of.  It is not us taking care of ourselves first, that finding time to help and be a blessing to others.

That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.  And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full. 1John 1:3,4

The world is looking for the genuine love of God. They want to see it and taste it in the world we live in. They do not want to wait till they get into the next world. The early Church had the goods, they knew what it was like to be real Christians, real followers of Jesus Christ. Not followers that were serving self first. But giving themselves whole heartedly to the Lord, and caring, sharing and loving others with all their might and strength. And doing this service and caring as unto the Lord. They were acting in genuine love for one another. They wanted to express their love for God and wanted everyone to get a piece of God. Wanted everyone to have a taste of God, taste of His love for me.  Taste and see that the Lord is good.

Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.  These things I command you, that ye love one another.  John 15:16,17

Jesus said that the world would come to know God, as we came together and loved one another. Then the world and its people would know that God is real. God is really in this place. This is the habitation of Almighty God, He is dwelling in the midst of these people.  I know and have experienced God that he is here and that He loves me. For I fell his love through the fellowship, through your conversation. Through your thoughtfulness, through your loving ways. I know that it is God who is touching my life through you. I sense that the words that I am hearing, are the words of God, but He is speaking them to me through you, through your lips I hear the voice and love of God.

I know that through my experience and fellowship with the group of men and women here that my life will never be the same. I can honestly say that I have experience God in this place. And some way, some how through this experience and time of fellowship, I realize that God and His love is not just out there some where. But through this time of fellowship, His love and his life have come into my heart and I know that I am a different person. I know that God is real and that He is with me, and that He loves me there is nothing in this world that can compare to experiencing the love of God for yourself.

Come to know God and experience His embrace and know that you know that he really loves you and will do everything that He can to have your realize. It is really Him that is reaching out to touch you, save you, make you his very own child. That He loves you more than anything else in this world. He loves you and promises that He will never leave you. And He is faithful to His Word. His promise to you is true.

Day 9 - Looking for the Genuine Love of God

Learn to walk in true fellowship with the Father, is to love his Son, and to love his Church.

Delight yourself in the Lord and you will see his hand,
He will intervene on your behalf,
knowing that all things work for good that love the Lord.

Learn To Hear The Voice Of God

Learn to listen to the voice of God, He will speak to your heart that you may know the way. That you may follow whole heartily after Him, knowing that He will direct your path, and give you assurance in the steps you need to take. The steps of a righteous man,  they are ordered of the Lord. I am with you and will never leave you. You will know which direction to proceed, vision will become clear as you follow on with the Lord. He spoke to His disciples and said; follow me. The Lord will not keep you guessing, but will make plain the direction and decisions you will need to make.

 

Lord will bring vision and clarity through His voice that you may know Him and have confidence to follow Him. For indeed I shall give thee the land for an inheritance and the souls of the peoples that inhabit this land. For I shall release them from their prisons, the powers and forces that rule over their lives shall be brought low and ye shall have dominion over them. These captives I shall purge them from their uncleanness, and remove their sins. I shall wash them and cloth them in garments of righteousness. They shall be called the Redeemed of the Lord.

 

For the Lord takes pleasure in the salvation of their souls. To save them from the gates of hell and the power of the enemy. I brake the brazen gates the powers of hell through my anointing that I am releasing upon my Church. I pour out my Spirit upon the saints of God that they may walk in victory to be empowered to walk in the authority that I have given them to defeat the enemy. I bring freedom, healing and righteousness. I shall teach my people to know my voice and to follow my ways. The voice of a stranger they will not follow.

 

I shall enable them to hear my voice, and they shall recognize my words that I speak through your mouth. For I shall place my Words in your heart. My words that I give you shall be keys to open their hearts that I may release them from their prisons. They shall escape the realms of darkness, and shall be called the children of the light. The chosen of God the redeemed of the Lord. For I shall translate them out from darkness into the Kingdom of my dear Son. They shall long for the Son of righteousness, as a mother longs for her only child. I shall renew their hearts and give them an everlasting love and desire to know me. And they shall seek after the Lord with the passion of a bride groom seeking after his own bride.

 

My glory shall rest upon you that I may establish my kingdom, that I may build a home a place of habitation. That the glory of the Lord my rest in this house. That true worshipper will seek after me, that desire to be in my presence.  For in my presence they shall find fullness of joy. I shall be their strength and their high tower, their place of refuge and safety. United together will a loving embrace that will last for eternity.  Your wound and pains shall be healed, and your sorrows and fears I will wash away.

 

Upon the truth of my Word shall I build my kingdom and establish my Church. That the saints of God my know the voice of God. Revelation and knowledge shall I open for them that my people may know me with a deeper relationship and understanding for the Lord their God. They shall know me as Adam knew the Lord, when he walk with him in the cool of the evening. That they may know that the Lord their God gives them power to gain wealth. I shall cause thee to prosper in this land. I promised a land of milk and honey. I place where I will bring the provision from the Lord. And ye shall abound in plenty and ye shall not lack. Yes indeed the Lord is your shepherd you king and ye shall not want. I shall enable to you know me and to hear my voice that you may enter into the land, posses the promises and walk in the plans that I have for your.

 

My kingdom is not only in heaven, but I build a kingdom and place of habitation in the earth. That the people of this world might worship the one true God. And that they may learn of his salvation plan through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. All that know me shall recognize his Son of glory, the risen Christ. Behold the lamb of glory.

The New 'Move Over' Traffic Law
If a patrol car is pulled over to the side of the road, you have to change to the next lane (away from the stopped vehicle) or slow down by 20 mph....... Every state except Hawaii and Maryland and the D.C. has this law. In California , the "Move-over" law became operative on January 1, 2010. http://www.moveoveramerica.com/ The son of a friend of mine got a ticket on Pleasant Hill coming back from Wal-Mart. Two police cars were on the side of the road giving a ticket to someone else. Her son slowed down but not slow enough and did not move into the other lane. The second police car immediately pulled him over and gave him a ticket. Her son never heard of the law. It is a fairly new law, that states, if any emergency vehicle is on the side of the road, if you are able, you are to move into the far lane, if not slow down to 20mph. The cost of the ticket was $75, with 3 points on your license and a mandatory court appearance. I do not know how much the fine is in CA but it is too stiff to not let you know. I Show You a More Excellent Way - Day 7

I show you a more excellent way, the way of truth and righteousness, my love redeemed in you, the hope of glory that brings you into a more excellent life of the Spirit.

 

But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.  1Cor: 12:31

 

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.  And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,  Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. Charity rejoices in the Truth.  That which is perfect, that which is the fullness of God is come, then the other will be done away with.  Maturity, when I have reached maturity, I put my childish things away.  I see partially now, not clearly, but when the Spirit comes to bring all fullness then my eyes will be open to see all that God has made available to the sons of God.

 

I no longer walk in my own carnal desires, seeking to serve myself. No longer seeking to obtain my own glory, man’s recognition. But I seek to know Him to be known of Him and through Him to be complete in His image and likeness. Go behold His glory to walk in the favor and love that only God can give to His child, that seeks to serve Him. That desires to know Him, who’s heart is after Him and desires to please the Lord His God.

 

To please the one that loves him, the one that created him and gave him a new life. This life of God is complete. I have received the fullness of His love for me and His love for others. I am no longer my own, I have been purchased with a price. I have been made free, free to serve, free to love, free to be with Him. Freedom from the works of the flesh. This world no longer has place in me, no longer has control over me.

 

For the completion of the work of God is to have the fullness of His Spirit and His glory, His love abiding in me and you.  That I walk the new walk of faith, being fully pleasing to my Father, who loved me, saved me that I may love others. That I may be able to forgive other, as He has forgiven me. He who has been forgiven much, has the desire and ability to love and forgive others, much

 

There was a certain creditor which had two debtors: the one owed five hundred pence, and the other fifty. And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most? Simon answered and said, I suppose that he, to whom he forgave most. And he said unto him, Thou hast rightly judged. And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon, Seest thou this woman? I entered into thine house, thou gavest me no water for my feet: but she hath washed my feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head.  Thou gavest me no kiss: but this woman since the time I came in hath not ceased to kiss my feet. My head with oil thou didst not anoint: but this woman hath anointed my feet with ointment. Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little. And he said unto her, Thy sins are forgiven.  Luke 7:41-48

 

Power of God’s Love Brings Completion in Your Life

 

Power of God’s love will work in proportion to how much of His love you can receive in your own heart and lives.  We can only give out that which we have received. His love for us is awesome, beyond our figuring out. We can not fully comprehend it with our minds, but our hearts are able to receive his love, when there is a desperate hunger and thirst for God in your live.

 

Woman at the well asked Lord, give me that living water. She seeks for love all her life and never found it.  But at the right time, the appointed time for her  when she was ready to receive the love of Christ in her life. There He was at the well, this time Jesus opened her eyes to see that it was His love that she had been looking for all her life. Now she knew her Messiah, now she was able to receive the love of God in her heart. Now she was able to tell everyone about this love of her life. That knew her completely and yet still loves her completely. His total, complete love for her, washed away her sins, washed away every sinful act of the past. She was given by the love of God, a perfect peace, a peace that brought wholeness, healing and a completeness in her live, that she could now be loved. Before in her past she could not find anyone that could really love her and bring satisfaction and peace into her heart. But now she knows that God loves her, she has meet the saviour and lover of her soul. She is now complete in him, and wants to tell the world about it.

 

How much of God’s love do you want to abide in you. Do you want to be half full or do you want His fullness. Full and overflowing are His mercies, and His grace to those who desire to please Him, that want to know and love Him. That love to spend their time and give their lives to sit at the feet of Jesus. To be absorbed in His love, washed clean, saturated and so completely full with His life and Spirit. To just sit before Him and love Him, to allow His love to really consume you, to feel the warm of his love, that you may know that everything is going to be alright. If I can just get to the feet of Jesus and just touch the hem of His garment. Healing waters will flow, living streams of water will bring health and vitality into your life. I know that I will be alright, everything is going to work out, I know that He loves me. Nothing in this world will do, I have to have him, I have to have Jesus. Just the warmth of his embrace, his breath of life, the gentle flowing of his Spirit hovering over me, brings healing to my soul.

 

And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet, and heard his word.

But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me. And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.  Luke 10:39-42

 

Jesus said of Mary, that she had chosen the good important thing. She allowed the passion for God in her heart to have first place, she allowed this passion for God to direct her life.  Allow yourself to be consumed by His love, be taken up, taken away, enrapture in His love for you.  Nothing in this world can satisfy, nothing compares to the love that God has for those that love Him.

 

I love Him by opening my heart to Him, I give Him the keys. I do not know how to love Him, but when I give Him the keys, I give Him my life. I say Lord you be in control, Lord pour out your love, fill me with your passion and a desire to know you and to love you. Teach me the wonders of your love. Lord help me, and enable me to love others, let me love them with the same love you have for me. Help me to share the love that you have given me with others, this love that you have brought into my life. Of myself, I can do nothing, but with you, with your love, I can do all things. I can love all those that you send my way. Lord send me your anointing, send your love that I may bring healing, and your love to your people. To bring healing and restoration to this nation, especially to the families in the NYC area. Lord release the fullness of your love, by the presence of your Holy Spirit pour out into our lives your fullness, in Jesus Name.

 

And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.  Eph: 3:19

 

Let your breath, the life of your Spirit pour out a fresh in our lives today.

Why are we here? - Day 6

Do you wonder sometimes why you were born, and what life is really all about?  We go through life striving to obtain things.  And many people judge their life by accomplishments.  Like how much money they make, or the car they drive and the house they live in.  And then many people just struggle to survive, to put food on the table and the bare essentials for their families. However the end is the same for all people, we all die.  So what is this live all about. 

 

The bible says, the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof or the earth is the Lord’s and everything in it. That includes mankind.  In the beginning God created man to have fellowship with.  God wanted a family.  God still wants that family and has made every provision for all who believe in Him to become children of god.  When Jesus died on the cross he paid in full the price required by God for us to be in the family of God.  You see, Jesus died in our place so we would be in right standing with our heavenly father.  The bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:21 “For he hath made him to be sin for us who knew no sin, that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.  And we obtain this righteousness before God by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.  The bible says in Hebrews 11:6 “But without faith it is impossible to please God for he that cometh to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.”

 

 Here are a couple of key scriptures to explain God’s salvation plan for man through the Lord Jesus Christ.  1John1:9 If we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sin to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.  And in Romans10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead thou shalt be saved.” 

 

Jesus went around preaching “the kingdom of God is at hand” and the repentance of sin.  He was letting everyone know that the time had come to change their lifestyle of sin and selfish living.  It is that condition that keeps all men from God, but now access to God would soon be available to all who would receive the gift of salvation through faith in Christ by the blood shed on the cross.  Jesus said in the gospel of John 14:6  I am the way the truth and the life, no man cometh unto the father but by me. 

 

There is no other way to God but by Jesus because of the price paid on the cross.  So because of Jesus we now have a new identity in God, we  are his sons and daughters.  We can come before him with confidence, knowing there is nothing between us and God.  So through faith in Gods salvation plan, through Jesus Christ we no longer live life like people of no hope, for we have life everlasting. 

 

Jesus said in John 11:25 I am the resurrection and the life he that believeth in me though he were dead yet shall he live.  If you search for him, you will find him.  Read the Gospels and you will know him.  Jesus is saying to you now, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock, if any man hear my voice and open the door I will come in to him and will sup with him and he with me.”  The Lord desires an intimate relationship with you today.   He loves you very much.  He died for you and rose again and wants to spend eternity with you.  So give your heart and life to Jesus today.

Day 6 - Why are we here?

I am a new creation in Christ Jesus, who loved me.

Call upon the Name of the Lord and He will answer thee.
He promised to show is great and mighty things.
He will show us, open our eyes to things he is doing.
He will show us what it is that he wants from us.
He will open doors of opportunity for us to walk in.
He will bring forth his love and favor into our lives.
That we might be prepared and equipped for the labor,
the work he has prepared for us.
With the work comes the blessing.
As we honor God, he will honor us,
and bring us before great men,
bring us into a land of opportunities.
Where your gifting and talents will shine,
where God will be given the glory,
because of the works we do, in His Name.

That I Might Know Him - Day 5

That I might know him and the power of His resurrection.

 

That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;  If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead  Phil 3:10,11

 

There is a realm of intimacy that the Lord wants to reveal to His Church, that the saints of God have inherited through Christ Jesus. Jesus is both God and man. God has come to reveal himself through the man Christ Jesus. He is the visible image, representation of the invisible God.

 

No man knoweth God except His Son, and no  man can know the Son except the heavenly Father reveal Him to him.  We need to be introduced, welcomed into the living relationship with His Son in order to know God. It is through our relationship with Christ that we can come into a knowledge of God our Father.  Jesus revealed and made known to his disciples that His heavenly Gather was a God of love, not a God of wrath and destruction.  But a God full of mercy and forgiveness.  That Jesus came to save the world, not to condemn the world.  That through His life, this world and its people could be saved. Forgiven of their sin and come into the knowledge and relationship that a loving and forgiving Father wants to have with His creation, the children of God.

 

Our Lord is revealing to the world that through our Father we can be saved, redeemed, spared from the curse of sin. That there is an escape from death, hell and the grave.

 

God never intended that man should fall from his relationship and right standing with Almighty God.  But in the garden, man separated himself from the life and relationship with His heavenly Father and began to have a relationship with Satan. And was brought into a covenant relationship with sin and death.  He did not understand that this would be a permanent separation from God.  That there was no possible way for himself to bring forgiveness and reconciliation without God.

 

You see that Satan, the devil was imprisoned and held captive and had no right no relationship with man in this world. But through his cunning craftiness and false wisdom he was able to deceive man into breaking his covenant agreement with God. Saying that you shall not die… if you can partake of the tree of good and evil, you can have your own life without God. Once you eat of this fruit you shall be like God, live as your own God. Isn’t that what the devil is telling people today: “you can live your own life without God.”  But at that time when Adam and Eve took part in sin and rebelled against God. Their eyes were opened, they realized that they were naked and that their covenant relationship with God was broken. They realized that the life they shared with God was dead, they were cut off from the eternal life source of Almighty God.  Little did they know that this new life they bought into with Satan was a covenant with sin and death. Death now reigned in their mortal bodies, they were no longer protected, no longer separated from sin and death. Sin now ruled over them. Now because of Sins dominion over their flesh they taste death and eternal separation from God. This was the devils destiny, and now it was theirs.

 

God would now have to intervene and prepare to make a way of escape for his creation and mankind. To save them from hell and the grave. Hell was created for Satan and his demons, not for mankind.  God created man to live eternally with Him to never have to taste of death.  But to live an eternal life and to walk in a loving relationship God, his heavenly Father.

 

God our Father now promised to send His only Son Jesus into the world to save man from sin and death. Sin and death have no dominion over Christ His Son. He is supreme, all God and all man.  An eternal being that would never die but had the eternal life of the Father in Him.  He would have to lay down his life, no man could take away his life from him. He would surrender his life, sacrifice his life to save mankind.

 

Jesus showed that He had power over sin and death, through the life He lived here on earth.  He lived a perfect life free from sin.  He raised Lazarus from the grave, to prove to the world that He was the resurrection and the life. Any man that believed in Him, any one that came into a loving covenant relationship with Jesus would be saved from sin and death, and would be set free to live a new life with God.

 

This new knowledge and experience would be birthed in man by his Holy Spirit, that would cleanse us from our sins by the blood of Jesus and cause us to become a new creation in Christ. We now become alive to God and dead to sin. The promise of the Holy Spirit has been released upon the Church of God after his resurrection.  Jesus promised that He would send the Holy Spirit to be a comfort and guide to us after He rose from the dead.  He cares so much for us that He gave His life that we may be spared from death, hell and the grave. This new covenant relationship, the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus has been given to the Church, to all that believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.  Shall be partakers of his resurrection power that will enable us to be saved from the power of sin. And give a new resurrected life to live with Christ.

 

Just as the grave could not hold Jesus but that He rose from the dead on the 3^rd Day. We too will rise to a new life when He calls for us. He said that I go to my Heavenly Father, I am not leaving you but I go to prepare a place for you.

 

In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. John 14:2,3

 

Jesus goes ahead for us to prepare a place, a new life, he opens up new realms of the Spirit for our new place of habitation. A new existence, a new creation is now brought into being through Christ completed work on the cross. Through His blood sacrifice he purchased, paid the price for our new existence and life with Almighty God.

He goes ahead to prepare all these, that He may return to receive us into the kingdom of God.

 

Jesus said I am come that ye may have life and life more abundantly. Not as this world has to offer, but the life that only heaven can offer.  New resurrections life with and through Jesus Christ, His Spirit will live in us and abide in us.  If we ask Him into our hearts.  Jesus said I came that none would perish, but have eternal life.  And as many as receive Him gave he them the power to be saved.

 

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:  John 1:12

 

Saved to walk in relationship with our Father God, through Christ new breathed life in us.

We are quickened, made alive in Christ, free from sin, hell.  Sin and death shall no longer have dominion over your.  But if you abide in Me, keep my covenant, keep my commandments, then I will abide in you and you will abide in me and you shall have eternal life.  We can live the heavenly life that God intends for man. As we join ourselves to the Lord we become one Spirit with Him. His life live in us. I realize that through the new birth, being born again in the Spirit, I find that there is the life, the person of Christ living in me.  If I pray and seek his face, at times He reveals himself alive in me and I know that I am not alone in this world, but some how, some way, He now lives in me. And you too can have this new resurrection life of Christ living, abiding in you.

Day 5 - That I Might Know Him
